Data Center Management Products for a large multi-national independent software vendor headquartered in Massachusetts.
The main products worked on by the team were used for server consolidation and disaster recovery as part of data center management tools. The products also includes SDK’s which could be used by the companies partners and larger end users for integration in to their products and solution offerings.
Softjourn also provided escalation engineering, level 3 support for issues uncovered by US and European clients.
