Fortune 1000 company — Storage and Systems Management space
Softjourn was approached by a Fortune 1000 company to establish for them a dedicated team of software engineers. We did not have the skill set required in-house; we sourced the team members per their specifications; 5+ years C/C++ programming skills and 5+ years in Linux administration. We set up the initial team by providing resumes and arranging phone interviews, the client chose the final team members. Additional team members were chosen when the client made a visit to Softjourn Ukraine.
The product the team is working on is a server/network management tool. The Ukraine team works on integrating this tool to 3rd party tools, for example: Microsoft Virtual Server, which can work in conjunction with the main product.
