An Irish company, which offers tourism professionals and service providers a wide range of support services, also runs training events on digital marketing. After the events there are often questions from the participants directly to the trainers. In the past, the questions were usually answered via email, and thus not shared with the rest of the audience. The company was looking for a way this information could be easily accessible by all the participants.

| Solution | The solution was to build a social learning community where users can ask experts topical questions and then get their answers. For this purpose Facebook was chosen as the most popular social community network. It was also decided to use videos as the best fitting format for delivering answers to student’s questions. It would help to further develop and build upon the skills the participants had already learned during the actual courses. Besides video, answers can also be provided with just using text or a combination of text and images. |

A custom application for the Facebook Business Page of the tourism company which lets users, who are fans of this page, ask questions and view video answers from the experts.
