RTP Financials — PayPartners (http://www.paypartners.com/)
January, 2008 - PayPartners releases Back Office 2.0. The new version enables employers to issue, re-issue, and move monies in real time. The software gives access to information, on-the-spot enrollment and card distribution, reporting features, expense reimbursements, etc.
Among features recently implemented into PayPartners payment platform are:
• User and Role Management feature which allows categorizing different users by providing them different levels of access.
• An informational portal for cardholders was developed, where users can log in, view their recent transactions, change user details, etc.
The most recent project involved moving from Lynk processor to I2C and Transcard processors. This replacement has a number of advantages, e.g. enabling the issuing of international cards, strong support, etc. The replacement involved integrating the I2C processor into an old system. Two of the Softjourn team worked on this project, initially both in Ukraine, and then one traveling to the US to provide on-site support during the last critical phase of cutting over to the new processor.
