| Communications | Softjourn does not assume anything. We understand that developing software is difficult enough sitting face-to-face let alone at a distance. Softjourn will take the extra steps necessary to assure our partners that we understand their requirements. |
| Strategy | Softjourn knows that cost effectiveness is not the only goal of outsourcing and that technology should not be used for technology's sake alone but for a business purpose. The strategy will be to set partnership goals with specific business objectives for the tasks being assigned to us. |
| Organization | Softjourn feels that as partners and global team members, we must be fully accountable to build and operate as an integral part of our client-partners business organization. Likewise, we will be ready to speak out when the client-partner's organization seems to be less than optimal for project success and we will expect the same in return. |
| Management | Softjourn and client-partners will both be expected to confirm their respective executive team member who is the Champion for the project. This Champion will be expected to have significant authority and responsibility for the progress and success of the project. |
| Metrics & Milestones | We measure our success by your success! Softjourn will expect to jointly agree with our client-partners as to the performance metrics and milestones of the project and will make the appropriate and timely reporting upon these metrics a high level priority. Metrics will be based on the additional revenue generated by the applications developed. |
| Efficiency | Softjourn believes that the application concept understanding of our software developers is as important as their technical skills. Softjourn's internal transfer practices will enhance the process of developing and testing our partner's applications. |
