Softjourn has been providing outsourced software development services and business process outsourcing, from Ukraine since 2000. Softjourn's clients approach offshoring as a part of their business strategy and it is our job to see that that strategy is fulfilled. Many of our clients have tried offshoring before with mixed results or they have been reluctant to try it due to stories they have heard. We are here to make the process easy for them.

Softjourn's ultimate goal is to make the offshoring process as easy as possible for our clients, by eliminating some of the common difficulties associated with offshore including how to manage and communicate with the team. Our clients need to obtain the ultimate in productivity from their teams and projects.

We measure our success by the success of our clients; whether that success is in getting new products and features to market faster, or in reaching new target markets by adding new features and services. Whatever their goals for success, our clients rely on Softjourn to help them reach those goals. No matter how big or small, we treat every client as though they were our only client.

Our Client Support and Sales center is located in Fremont, California. The center provides executive account management services as well as project management, product management, configuration management and specialized offshore outsourcing consulting. Software development, QA testing, and marketing business process outsourcing services take place at our development center located in Ivano-Frankivsk, Ukraine.
