TCO Systems is a Canadian company that provides a unique Issue and Task Management System for managers and team members involved in complex projects or programs. TCO needed to take their product to the next level with new functionality and customer specific features.
Solution

The functionality Softjourn added to TCO System’s project management tool included:

  • Costing software development module (The module lets project managers and leads control and budget a project's financial resources, allowing users to track spending and calculate the remaining budget.
  • Enhanced reporting (HR scheduling report, Project scheduling report, individual workload management, etc.)
  • TCO and customer suggested usability improvements
Result
With a new costing module, enhanced reporting, usability improvements, and customer specific features, the TCO system not only increased current client satisfaction but also positioned itself for increased market penetration and sales.
