Virtual Team Management
Virtual teams have evolved as a way to make working across continents and countries easier. Planning and design are key to successful virtual teams. Softjourn has developed a process for developing and managing virtual teams as part of its Assembly & Team Management service. The service includes among other items: Internal client company preparedness, use of tools for collaboration, establishing a communications process, etc.
