What you need to do:
- Answer by phone a few questions from which the scripts, email and FAQ's (all collateral material) will be developed - Initially approx. 20-25 minutes.
- Review and provide final proof on collateral materials written by Softjourn.
- Provide the list of targets to be contacted, including names, phone numbers, email addresses, product/software interest, and anything else you think is relevant. You provide the list in spreadsheet format and Softjourn will create the final format necessary for tracking.
- If email follow-ups are required, set up an email account/s for Softjourn to use.
- Write up the collateral material (scripts, voicemails, email text) based on your input, using our templates,
- Create the tracking sheet, based on the desired information that needs to be obtained,
