Jeff M. Kreuser - President & VP of Engineering

• Seventeen years of experience in software development including embedded applications;
• Over ten years of experience managing distributed software development teams beginning with Israel and the US for Gasonics International (semiconductor equipment manufacturer);
• Specializing in product management (specification development, prioritizing), interfacing with clients, and management of distributed software development teams;
• Bachelors in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin.

Sergiy Fitsak - Managing Director & Technical Director

• Twelve years of software development experience including the last five years in management;
• Four plus years managing distributed software development teams between Ukraine and the US;
• Over ten years experience designing and managing the development of financial applications for banks and software vendors in Ukraine and the US;
• Masters degree in Systems Analysis from the National Technical University of Oil and Gas, Ivano-Frankivs'k, Ukraine.

Bogdan B. Mykhaylovych - Engineering Manager & Project Manager

• Nine years of software development experience including the last four years in Project management;
• A Software Designer with a wide range of experience in IT and first-class analytical and problem solving skills.
• More than six years experience as an architect in banking technology including online money transfer services;
• Masters degree in Systems Analysis from the National Technical University of Oil and Gas, Ivano-Frankivs'k, Ukraine
