The PrivateMe application lets a user setup privacy rules for chosen contacts, e.g. reject all incoming calls except for those coming from the contacts you choose, or accept all incoming calls except for those blocked by the application. This feature can be useful when a person is in a meeting, for example, and wants to reject all calls except a call expected from an important client. Alternatively the user may want to block calls from certain contacts for a specific time period.
PrivateMe for Windows Mobile is currently in alfa. This version was tested on a HTC Wing and currently will not work for Windows Mobile phones which have a touch screen interface. It is planned that future versions will interface with additional Windows Mobile phone types.
What else can you do with PrivateMe for Windows Mobile: If the user has chosen to reject calls, the rejection is masked so there will be no sound or graphic notification for the incoming call. The application also lets a user create a notification message that can be sent to a caller with an explanation as to why their call cannot be accepted. For example you may want to let the caller know you are in a meeting.
