Project developed by Softjourn allows ePly customers, many of whom are event planners, to manage and edit labels. The labels may be used for creating badges for events or labels for folders or documents to be given out at events, etc.
The labels can be created using templates and may contain:
- Pictures or images,
- Text (customer is also able to download information from the database, e.g. name),
- Bar codes.
At any time user can change label layout online and download it to pdf format.
The Softjourn team developed a new feature for our system that is important to our clients. It saves our clients a tremendous amount of time when they have the need to use the feature, and it also makes our system easier to sell against competitors, according to Haroldson.
Main integration in to the ePly system was performed by ePly staff with Softjourn providing assistance as necessary.
