What is Season Tickets Functionality?

The Season Tickets functionality allows event organizers to create a season event by grouping multiple sub-events under one ticket option. This feature enables customers to secure a specific seat for the entire season with a single purchase, streamlining the process and enhancing customer convenience.

How it Works

The system supports selling both season tickets for the entire season or individual tickets for each sub-event. When creating a season event, only the common venue elements across all sub-events are included.

The system also provides flexibility in editing venues, with specific rules determining how changes affect both season events and sub-events.

Additionally, reserving or purchasing a ticket in either the season event or a sub-event will automatically update availability across the entire series.
